Simple Calm Down Bottle
The terrible twos are a very real thing, and Brooklyn has a terrible case. I have been looking for ways to try to get her to calm down. I remembered that when I was a preschool teacher they had calm down bottles. Which led me to trying to make my own simple calm down bottle. This is only my first attempt. My goal is to make a bunch of different kinds. Next time, I want to have Brooklyn and DJ pick out their own colors and things to put inside. This post contains affiliate links. I need to get down to Barnes & Noble to buy some physical books soon. Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. One thing that hasn’t changed much about Brooklyn is that she is pretty independent. She never wanted help with anything. When she hit around 6 weeks, she would get more mad at me trying to rock her to sleep than if I left her to sleep on her own. Once she was able to hold a bottle herself,…
