This is where my pumpkin pie french toast was born. It’s so easy. Honestly, I’m kind of mad I didn’t make this before this year. Trust me when I say that this is going to become a fall staple in your house. Of course, that’s if you love pumpkin pie.

There are only 6 ingredients in the “batter.” In my opinion, that is why this is one of the easiest breakfasts to make. I mixed together all of the batter ingredients; eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin spice. I whisked it all together until smooth, and it was ready.

I melted butter in my cast iron pan. After that, I dipped my bread in the pumpkin puree mixture until it was fully coated, and cooked until crispy on both sides. I repeated the steps until all the french toast was finished.

Finally, it’s time to serve up the pumpkin pie french toast. I served it with maple syrup, but you could add whipped cream, more pumpkin spice, or butter. It is really up to you.
