10 Things to do When You Feel Anxious
One of the things I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember is Anxiety. It took some time, but I finally am in a place where I can recognize my anxiety. In addition, I have things I know I can do to help myself stop feeling anxious. Normally, I wouldn’t talk about this stuff; however, with everything going on in the world more people than usual are most likely feeling anxious. I know how hard anxiety can be, because it feels like you have no control of anything. I used to get panic attacks that would last a long time. The first time I had a panic attack…

Mother’s Day is coming up, but we’re all still going to be under stay at home orders. This makes the flowers, massage gifts cards, and nail salon gift cards not really possible at the moment. I wanted to put together a Mother’s Day gift guide that could be easily bought off Amazon. I’m hoping that there is something for all different types of Moms. Mother’s Day Gift Guide 1 Teabloom Complete Tea Set: Stovetop Safe Glass Teapot with 12 Flowering Teas, Tea Warmer, 4 Double Wall Teacups & Removable Glass Infuser for Loose Leaf Tea – Celebration Flowering Tea Gift Set $75.95 This is definitely the most expensive thing on the list.…

Family Friendly Las Vegas: Black Bear Diner
I’m back with another family friendly Las Vegas post. These are some of my favorite things to write about, because this is my city. Things are a bit crazy now with COVID-19, and I’m sure when the next time I’ll be able to post one these. Black Bear Diner is one of my favorite places to eat in Las Vegas. It really reminds me of a New York diner, which in turn reminds me of home. Every time my Mom comes to visit we go there to eat. Currently all non-essential businesses are closes in Las Vegas; however, Black Bear Diner is open for pick up and delivery. They were…

Spring and warm weather is right around the corner. Especially here in Vegas where the weather is already reaching 70 on a good day. I thought this would be the perfect time to get started on their spring wardrobe and share with you all this spring clothing haul. I love all these pieces. They can be worn in a way that is still good for a bit of the chillier weather. They can also wear these pieces all summer long. This haul is all from Rockets of Awesome*. One of the things I love is that while I got the smaller sizes on their site all of these items of…

Preparing for Kindergarten
Time is going by so quickly, and it’s almost time for DJ to start Kindergarten. Honestly, I can’t believe it. How has the last almost five years gone so fast? We didn’t send DJ is pre-k, but I have being doing homeschool pre-k. I’ve been making sure we’ve been preparing for kindergarten. There is still a few things we need to do to prepare for kindergarten as well. First thing is that DJ is technically going to be homeschooled. Our plan was to enroll him in the online public charter school here; however, they ruled to close it down after this year. That means until sixth grade he needs to…
